He/She will implement the policies, procedures and regulations of Ahtahkakoop Chief & Council. Position: BAND ADMINISTRATOR Type: FULL TIME TERM POSITION – Six(6) month probationary period. Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience. SUMMARY: The Administrator provides direction, management, and leadership in the administrative, business planning, accounting, budgeting, and automation efforts of the Band and its programs. The Administrator will prepare all necessary reporting documents on behalf of the Band for submission to the funding agency(ies). He/she should be knowledgeable of various funding agencies and adhere to the applicable reporting requirements of the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Management Reporting Calendar for their respective programs and/or department. He/She should be familiar with the terms and conditions of various funding arrangements, funding methodologies, funding formulas, and departmental policies to ensure funding allocations for Ahtahkakoop First Nation are accurate.
