Home Care Nurse – CASUAL

Ahtahkakoop is a community with a population of approximately 2000 located 1 hour north-west of Prince Albert.  Ahtahkakoop Health Services provides innovative health initiatives to the community and works with a dynamic team concept.
QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2. LPN qualified along with experience in Health Care at the First Nations Level
3. Registered Nurse in good standing (or eligible for registration) with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurse’s Association.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
5. Experience in providing home care for all age groups
6. Provides individual / group health education  on chronic diseases
7. The ability to do immunizations
8. Valid Driver’s License.
9. CPIC + VSC check required

Hours of Work:  8:00am-4:00pm, 1 to 3 days a week
Salary based on experience and education
