Position: Post Majority Support Services Coordinator
Salary: To commensurate with education and experience.

Position Summary:
The Ahtahkakoop Child & Family Services Inc. is seeking a Post Majority Support Services
Coordinator who will work collaboratively with integrated family services to ensure a successful transition to independence. The primary objective is to provide education and awareness to communities about supports available through the program. Assist and support any initial contact with young people who have aged out of the child welfare system so that they continue to be supported as young adults. This position participates as a team overseeing program development implementation and evaluation of the Post Majority Support Services program.

Qualifications:
➢ Must possess a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW or BISW) and a minimum of 2 years of
supervisory experience
➢ Knowledge and commitment to the FSIN Child Welfare and Family Support Act. The
Child and Family Services Act.
➢ Must be computer literate and able to work effectively on database programs.
➢ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
➢ Knowledge of the Cree culture and language would be an asset.
➢ Able to make decisions while working under pressure.
